What does design look like when it is centered around community?

During this hands-on and interactive design workshop, we’ll be responding to a specific design questions posed by The Street Trust as we consider how to design a better biking experience for Portlanders. Come experience how human-centered design comes to life in meaningful way for our local community and get first-hand exposure to community-centered design methodologies.

Saturday, 4/21 @ Karl Miller Center (Portland State University campus, 615 SW Harrison Street), Room 465 -- doors will be open at 10:00 am. Workshop will begin at 10:30 am.

This event is designed for those interested in human-centered design and design thinking methodologies as applied to community-centered design projects. This will be a hands-on design sprint and include interactive activities. Participants can expect to be participating in a specific aspect of the design process related to key questions from The Street Trust.
