Cre8camp is an attendee-led workshop for creative industries professionals, affiliated with the Portland Creative Conference (Cre8Con). It is a gathering for participants in the creative economy to discuss topics of shared interest, learn, network, and share in an open environment, all led by the attendees (unconference format). The magic happens in the interactions between participants. Grow your network in a meaningful and impactful way, and discuss timely topics and issues that are important to the creative community. Lunch will be served and is included with the registration fee.

The Cre8camp agenda starts as a large blank grid on the wall, with time slots represented as rows and meeting rooms represented as columns. This open grid is then filled out collaboratively by all attendees at the beginning of the day. Anyone can suggest a discussion topic and the attendees vote on the most popular topics. From there a series of workshop-type open discussions take place around those topics, with each session led by the person who suggested the topic.

Here is a typical flow for the day:

• 9:30am Check-in & Networking
