Paradigm Shifts in the Human-Centric Workplace

Pollinator, an experiential workplace pop-up, continues its exploration of human-centered work environments with its next iteration of a living-lab. This year's theme explores the Paradigm Shifts in Human-Centric Design, taking an in-depth look at: the use of anticipatory design; how to maintain focus on company culture during rapid growth; the evolution of the open office; and the significance of place-making. Thought leaders will hold an interactive, hands-on exploration of these topics, consistent with this year's theme and overarching Pollinator mission: to foster education and awareness as to the significance of human-centric work environments, through the cross-pollination of concepts, communities and cultures. Culture officers, architects, designers, HR professionals, B-corps and corporate real estate agents should attend. Experience a living-lab work environment filled with beautifully hand-crafted furniture and art pieces, plus cutting-edge commercial furnishings, accessories and work tools.

Check out our speaker line-up so far! We're super excited to have such a stellar group...stay tuned as we add a few more in the coming weeks.
