Troy Laundry Building
The Historic Troy Laundry Building, built in 1913 by notable Oregon based architect Ellis Lawrence, operated as one of Portland’s largest laundry facilities up until 1983. Today, the 40,000 SF property with high ceilings and an abundant window line, offers prime creative office space for a wide range of tenants including small businesses, growing start-ups and local artists / makers. Come see what we are creating these days! We have filmmakers, graphic designers, artists, architects, makers, photographers and clothing designers!
Come check out GreenbergFarrow Architecture and Engineering, Mode Photography Studio, Steps Dance Studio, the Sunshine Project, Paisley Studio, and Good Hand Studio!
Our Open House will include raffle prizes and refreshments in a collaborative office building of architects, artists, photographers, and designers.
